Mohsin Manzoor is the Founder and CEO of VComfort, bringing entrepreneurial vision, strong leadership, and a passion for innovation to the business. Having received his education in boarding schools from the age of six, Mohsin developed independence, discipline, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility from an early age.

As the driving force behind VComfort, he oversees the company's strategic direction, business development, operations, partnerships, and long-term growth. His ambition is to establish VComfort as the UK's leading massage chair brand and a trusted supplier of premium massage and wellness technology, recognised for exceptional quality, innovation, and customer service. With a forward-thinking approach and a commitment to continuous improvement, Mohsin is focused on strengthening VComfort's presence across the UK while expanding the brand into international markets. He firmly believes that success is built on trust, dedication, and delivering genuine value to customers.

Mohsin is a people person at heart who loves socializing, meeting new people, and building meaningful connections. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, exploring adventurous destinations, discovering new places, and embracing exciting experiences that take him beyond his comfort zone.

Jason leads partnerships, B2B growth and AI at VComfort, driving the company’s expansion across gyms, leisure centres and community venues. From opening conversations and developing relationships to coordinating installations and supporting partners beyond launch, he takes a hands-on approach to building partnerships that deliver lasting value.

Alongside on-the-ground expansion, Jason supports VComfort’s Amazon and e-commerce operations, helping strengthen the company’s online presence and unlock new opportunities for growth.

Behind the scenes, he is developing the automation and AI infrastructure that will help VComfort operate more efficiently, streamline workflows and enable the team to achieve more with less friction. By connecting people, partnerships and technology, Jason helps build the systems that support VComfort’s long-term growth.

His approach is grounded in clear priorities, consistent execution and a strong commitment to relationships. He believes good partnerships are built on trust, transparency and follow-through ensuring every venue receives honest communication, timely responses and dependable support at every stage of the journey.

Fun Fact:
Outside of business, I’m a man of many interests. I love boxing, making music, hosting events, and building things — from apps and AI systems to new business ideas. I enjoy bringing ideas to life, whether that’s through creativity, technology, or bringing people together. If I’m not in the studio or working on a new project, there’s a good chance I’m planning the next big idea!

Nikhil brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building relationships, developing new ideas, and identifying opportunities for growth. At VComfort, he focus on exploring strategic partnerships, developing B2B opportunities, and helping the business expand its reach through innovative approaches and strong client relationships.

Nikhil is particularly interested in how technology and thoughtful product design can enhance everyday comfort and customer experience. He enjoys turning ideas into practical solutions and building partnerships that deliver long-term value.

Nikhil captained his university’s first badminton team and has a keen interest in golf, travel, and entrepreneurship.

Pierre is VComfort's trusted associate based in Peterborough. With a strong background in business leadership and community projects, he brings extensive experience in business development, community engagement, and building strong commercial relationships.

Pierre works closely with shopping centres, universities, gyms, and leisure venues to identify ideal locations for VComfort’s massage chair installations, helping partners unlock new revenue streams while enhancing visitor experiences. Passionate and committed to professional, lasting partnerships, Pierre helps bring VComfort’s relaxing massage chair services to more people across England.

Anum Zahra plays an important role in VComfort's online growth, managing third-party sales platforms and helping the brand reach more customers across the UK. She oversees product listings, marketplace operations, and online sales activities, ensuring customers enjoy a smooth and reliable shopping experience. 

Alongside marketplace management, Anum is involved in planning and managing digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and support VComfort's continued growth. With her attention to detail, creativity, and passion for technology, she helps strengthen VComfort's online presence.

Hammad Farooq is VComfort's Lead Web Designer & Developer, responsible for creating, designing, and maintaining the company's website. He plays an important role in ensuring VComfort's online presence is modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing, providing customers with a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

With a passion for creativity and technology, Hammad focuses on website development, design improvements, and introducing new features that enhance the customer experience. Umar Jami is VComfort's Lead Graphic Designer & Content Creator, responsible for bringing the brand to life through creative imagery, engaging videos, and eye-catching digital content. He plays an important role in maintaining VComfort's visual identity and ensuring the brand looks professional and appealing across all digital platforms.

From designing promotional graphics and producing video content to managing social media posts, Umar combines creativity with technical skills to showcase VComfort's products and connect with customers. Gul Nawaz Khan is the Lead Technician at VComfort, bringing years of hands-on experience and technical expertise to the team. He began his career in 2019, visiting customers, diagnosing technical issues, and carrying out massage chair repairs. Over the years, he has mastered the art of servicing, repairing, and maintaining massage chairs.

Gul takes pride in his work and is dedicated to ensuring every customer receives the best possible technical support. He feels privileged to be part of the VComfort family and enjoys helping customers keep their massage chairs performing at their best.

Ayaz Ali Khan is VComfort's Lead Delivery Driver and one of the friendly faces our customers are most likely to meet. He personally takes care of deliveries, ensuring every massage chair reaches its new home safely and is handled with care and professionalism.
