A couple of weeks ago (end of JULY 2024) we Ordered a T-ROK Massage Chair from VCOMFORT on their website. We looked at several sellers online, but VCOMFORT were the only one that responded quickly to our questions. Also their range of massage chairs offer many features for the fantastic price and quality. Our home being only 36 miles from their Birmingham store & showroom, VCOMFORT amazingly delivered our chair the very next day. The delivery team of Mr Khan and his 2 colleagues expertly and carefully installed our chair in our living room. Mr Khan demonstrated the chair to us, and highlighted that we had 3 years warranty, and at any time could book a visit to VCOMFORT showroom and upgrade to another chair. We have used our T-ROK chair for just over 3 weeks and as someone who as had several massages in Asia, this massage chair is in fact better than the real thing. You have many programs to choose from and can also set the chair to Zero Gravity. Focus on your problem by selecting what you want the chair to do and massage intensity. Our chair also massages the bottoms of our feet and our legs. I no longer have to suffer from lower back pain for days after working in the garden, a 20 minute session in our T-ROK chair and my pain disappears. We can't believe how effective the chair is in giving great massages. We both have a daily 20 minute session while connected with our smartphones to the chair's built in stereo speakers. The delivery people came by really quick and transported it very efficiently. This product, is fantastic my son enjoyed it very much the quality and comfort are immaculate. It is extremely comfortable and had a zero-gravity function and has full massage from head to toe with the added feature of heat therapy which is very calming. Absolutely fantastic chair. I told them what was wrong with me and they recommended the Vcomfort T-Rock. Now I have permanent severe nerve damage due to medical negligence and left with severe pain every second of everyday and with CES. There is so many chairs out there that after reading up you forget which one does what after a while, but they listened to me which is exactly what’s needed. I was also given the best service too, they was excellent. For the extra money to have them deliver it, de-box it, bring it inside carefully and set it up and show you then take all the rubbish away was well worth the extra money. Well, the chair is amazing, that goes without saying, but what really made an impression was the delivery service. They turned up when they said they would, nothing was too much of a problem and there was no fuss taking the chair down a narrow side alley and into the back garden to go through the patio doors. They explained the product in full and even took away the packaging for me. I’m super grateful and I’d recommend these guys highly. Service was A++

Wow wow wow I've always wanted a massage chair and over the recent years I decided to forget about it as they was out of my budget. Recently my partner asked is there anything I wanted and I said yes actually a massage chair. I decided to have a Google as a few years ago I saw one for around £700?? I came across vcomfort on Amazon, eBay and decided to look into it further. I had a look at their website and had my heart set on thunder or dolphin...However I wanted to try the chair about . I emailed the company and got a friendly reply back. I drove from Leeds to their showroom on Monday when it was snowing!!! Their showroom is in a safe lock area, and for a moment I thought what am I doing here!! When I got there Mo was so friendly, I told him I wanted to try the dolphin and thunder. He said try them all!! At no point did i feel pressured into purchasing and if anything he was more than honest. He answered all our questions including the obvious ones... Are there any known faults. His knowledge and honesty was the reason I purchased that day. I was there for two hours trying every chair!! I ended up buying the next model up, and I fell in love with the top of the range model 🤣🤣😍😍 As I knew I had a tight door space to play with I opted for the delivery and installation option. Mo kept in contact via email a day before and texted me with an ETA His team took the chair apart in the cold (sorry) and brought it into my house and assembled together. Before they left they made sure it was in a position I'm happy with, it was away from the wall, there was space for the gravity mode and all functions was in working order. I recently brought the VComfort Foot, Calf & Leg Foldable Air Compression Massager and I also had to liase with the company before purchase. I agree with previous comments. Both the item and customer service were exceptional. It was also dispatched quickly. As with most products you have to find which settings you like; soft, medium to strong etc. This massager has shiatsu massage, kneading massage, rolling, Scrapping, vibration and heating function. Dependant on which setting you choose they all provide a sensation of a proper massage. Shows how good a product is that even when I don’t require it I still use it daily. Even though I have other massagers I was reluctant to buy but glad I did

I have to admit I was a bit concerned about spending this amount of money on a massage chair and through an online platform. I have been looking for a while and the 3 year warranty , and ability to trade up in three years are what swayed me to look at VCOMFORT I have nothing but praise for this product and this company Firstly Mo opened up the London showroom on a Saturday as it was the only day I could make. Mo spent over an hour ,going through the strengths and weaknesses of each chair . No pushy sales just the facts . The purchase and delivery was very straight forward and the delivery team were excellent. The product itself the Primus 4 D is amazing - I still don’t like the aesthetics ( all of these chairs look like inverted eggs to me ) of the chair but the massage is fantastic . It doesn’t beat a person but it’s a very close second and much more convenient. I have had it a week and been in the chair every day , the family love it and friends want a booking in system . The comfort is amazing i fall asleep every time I'm in it I thought it was bigger but that's OK, it the perfect size the wait time on delivery was as promised. I recently brought the VComfort Foot, Calf & Leg Foldable Air Compression Massager and I also had to liase with the company before purchase. I agree with previous comments. Both the item and customer service were exceptional. It was also dispatched quickly. As with most products you have to find which settings you like; soft, medium to strong etc. This massager has shiatsu massage, kneading massage, rolling, Scrapping, vibration and heating function. Dependant on which setting you choose they all provide a sensation of a proper massage. Shows how good a product is that even when I don’t require it I still use it daily. Even though I have other massagers I was reluctant to buy but glad I did

Right price for lion model which comes with 3year Gurntee. Dismantle and moved in to the desired room, put it back together. Delivered on time with lots of free stuff. Explained how to use it. we use it over the weekend and no problems at all. Definitely recommend. Great service
