Dispatch

On each vcomfort product page, you'll see a dispatch estimate. Dispatch is when we send the product to our delivery partner, not when it arrives at your door step.

1. Delivery ( Non premium chairs )

Standard Delivery : 

 

Your order will be delivered to your door step within 3-5 working days of order via our partner courier company. For deliveries to the floor other than the Ground please make sure that there is a access through the lifts otherwise the recipient would be ask to help in lifting to their footstep. Any instructions in terms of the delivery please let us know prior ordering . At the time of dispatch you will be provided with the couriers tracking number and a tracking link so you can see the live feeds.

Expediate Delivery :

Delivery and Installation ( England and Wales Only): 

 

This option is ideal for customers who have a limitations to their door width and would require the chair sides taking off. Our 2 man specialized team would take the chair to its required room, install and give customers a detail demonstration. The delivery times for this service are 3- 7 days or a nominated day requested by customer.

• Our specialized VComfort 2 man delivery team would get the Massage chair through the doors and to the required room even if it requires the Massage chair sides to be taken off and put back in as far as the door width is greater than 68cm. 

• The customers will get an allocated delivery date in 2-4 working days of an order with us.

• Ideal for people with limited door width. 

• Ideal for people who can not carry the goods to their preferred room.

• Ideal for people who are looking to get it to the first floor. 

• After fitting and set up the delivery team will provide a detailed product demonstration

2. Free Delivery & Installation for Massage Chair over £ 1999 

​

Your order will be delivered by our dedicated team of two on your nominated day. They will get the chair delivered and installed and the whole service is entirely free. Customers will be shown a complete demo after installation. Customers can keep the packaging or ask our team to take it with them.

There is no delivery cost towards premium massage chair orders.

The installation and fitting is completely free for all premium massage chair orders.

3. Delivery ( Massage guns, Gaming chairs )
Your order will be delivered to your door within 3-5 days of ordering. You'll get a email with the Hermes tracking details. All our orders are dispatched on the basis of next day delivery. For orders placed before 1pm they will be delivered within Three working days, and for orders placed after 1pm or over the weekend they will be delivered up to Five working days later.

vcomfort non premium massage chairs are securely boxed, shrink wrapped and loaded onto the pallet to avoid any damages.

vcomfort premium chairs are securely boxed, loaded onto the van by our trusted team of two therefor leaving no chance of a damage.

Gift Packaging 

​

 We can gift wrap as per customer needs. The cost of the gift wrap services is £ 50. Customers are advised to contact us prior to their orders in relation to their gift wrap requirements.

Packaging damages

​

More likely the customers will be ordering this for special occasions / Gifts etc so we advise customers to recheck the box contents to make sure nothing is missing . In case of any issue let us know and we ,ll sort that out ASAP. Packaging damage claims should be made within 48 hours after delivery .So far we have 100% customer and product satisfaction rate and we aim to continue with this.
