1. Delivery Choices ( Massage Chairs ):

At VComfort, we offer two convenient delivery options:

1. Standard Doorstep Delivery 
   
2. Room of Your Choice Delivery
   

1) Free Standard Doorstep Delivery : 

 Your order will be delivered to your door step within 3-5 working days of order via our partner courier company. For deliveries to the floor other than the Ground please make sure that there is a access through the lifts otherwise the recipient would be ask to help in lifting to their footstep. Any instructions in terms of the delivery please let us know prior ordering . At the time of dispatch you will be provided with the couriers tracking number and a tracking link so you can see the live feeds.

2) Room of Your Choice Delivery: 

The following delivery option VComfort 2 man team would deliver the chair to the room of your choice. This option is ideal for customers who have a limitations to their door width and would require the chair sides taking off. Our 2 man specialized team would take the chair to its required room, install and give customers a detail demonstration. The delivery times for this service are 1 - 3 business days or a nominated day requested by customer.

2. Delivery ( Body Massagers & Accessories )

Your order will be delivered to your door within 3-5 days of ordering. You'll get a email with the tracking details. All our orders are dispatched on the basis of next day delivery. For orders placed before 1pm they will be delivered within Three working days, and for orders placed after 1pm or over the weekend they will be delivered up to Five working days later.

VComfort Packaging promise 

We make sure the goods are delivered in their best possible state.   

Gift Packaging 

 We can gift wrap as per customer needs. The cost of the gift wrap services is £ 50. Customers are advised to contact us prior to their orders in relation to their gift wrap requirements. 

Packaging damages

More likely the customers will be ordering this for special occasions / Gifts etc so we advise customers to recheck the box contents to make sure nothing is missing . In case of any issue let us know and we ,ll sort that out ASAP. Packaging damage claims should be made within 48 hours after delivery .So far we have 100% customer and product satisfaction rate and we aim to continue with this.

Returns:

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery and must remain in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging.

Please note that returns of massage chairs with pet hair or dirt are not accepted for hygiene reasons

Steps to Request a ReturnComplete and submit the Return Request Form by clicking the link.

Our team will review your request and contact you within 2 business days to provide further instructions.

Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and a collection date. 

Refund Process Once a refund has been approved by us we will refund your payment to your original payment method (i.e. card, etc). Please be aware that the refund can then take up to 5 days to appear in your bank depending on who you bank with.
