We have had another massage chair for years and the Medfit Pro was bought as an upgrade and to replace our old one. There were some issues with Amazon but Vcomfort have been amazing sorting that out, delivering the replacement and fitting it into our room.
The reason for 4 stars are - this one does not have side inflatable cushions at the hips. Which I found really nice on the old one. Also the inflating cushions are a bit forceful on the legs. I’ve not managed to solve that. The foot rollers are fab however. The rocking action is not quite what I expected. A bit clunky. But so pleased to have zero gravity back, (that had developed a few issues on the old one). This chairs zero gravity is really relaxing. Not sure about the ladies voice it’s a bit grating.
All in all however great value for money.
